A compassionate individual with a background as a seasoned Human Resource Manager, I transitioned from my HR profession to venture into the realm of Yoga. My profound adoration for Yoga is unwavering, and my primary aim is to instill a deep appreciation for Yoga in others. In March 2016, I embarked on my path as a yoga therapist.
I have effectively assisted over 1000 individuals in addressing various physical ailments such as knee pain, back pain, diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, migraine, as well as mental health concerns like stress, anxiety, and depression. My expertise lies in Pranayama and Meditation techniques.
In 2022, I ventured into life coaching with the aim of aiding individuals in realizing their desired lifestyles through my 5 AM Manifestation Workshops and tailored Personal Coaching Programs. Over the past two years, I have successfully supported individuals in achieving both their professional and personal aspirations.

I hold multiple credentials including an MA, MPM, and certifications as a Yoga Therapist, Pune University Certified Yoga Teacher, Telepathic Animal and Nature Communicator, and Life Coach. Since launching Breathe Yoga Studio in March 2016, I have dedicated myself to guiding over 1000 individuals through their journey towards improved physical and mental health.
My expertise spans Pranayama and Meditation techniques, which have been instrumental in addressing ailments such as knee pain, back pain, diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, migraine, and mental health issues like stress, anxiety, and depression.
